JobSummary:

As an HR Manager, you will serve the law firm and the legal tech startup. You will play acrucial role in handling all aspects of human resources, including hiring,onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Youwill be the go-to person for our team members, supporting them in variousHR-related matters and fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee theentire recruitment process, from posting job openings to conducting interviewsand onboarding new hires.
  • Manage employeebenefits programs, including healthcare, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Handle allaspects of employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
  • Implement andenforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and stateregulations.
  • Maintainaccurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Coordinateemployee performance evaluations and provide guidance to managers onperformance improvement strategies.
  • Addressemployee relations matters, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinaryactions, with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay updated onHR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure the company's HRpolicies are current and effective.
  • Foster adiverse and inclusive work environment that values the contributions of allteam members.
  • Collaboratewith management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with thecompany's goals and objectives.
  • Promote apositive company culture through team-building activities, company events, andemployee recognition programs.
  • Ensurea safe and healthy work environment and adhere to all health and safetyguidelines.

In-person (work location: DoucetCo., LPA, 485 Metro Place South Suite 300,Dublin, OH 43017).

Requirements

  • Provenexperience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Thoroughunderstanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strongorganizational and time management abilities.
  • Abilityto handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficientin using HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Experiencein the legal industry or with tech startups is a major plus but not mandatory.
